I've been going to Greg for microgreens for the past 10 months and can say he always supplies fresh broccoli and kale. He tells me when he is going to plant so I know when they will be available. I normally get 2 large broccolis for the week and typically eat each in one sitting. It feels like I ate a week's worth of vegetables at the same time since they are so dense.
